hell is real and the devil is busy!
taylor swift released a new single “welcome to new york” yesterday from her upcoming album “1989”. i don’t know what made me listen to the song, but i hate myself because of it. i honestly thought that no song could suck more than “empire state of mind”, but taylor swift snatched the crown. from the cheesy chorus to the random glbtq shoutout to the (“and you can want who you want/ boys and boys and girls and girls), swift was not effin around. if gentrification won’t get us out, taylor swift will.
to keep myself from packing my things and heading back to philly in the still of the night, i listened to the three best songs about this grand city of ours. take a listen and fall back in love with our bae, new york shitty. <3
ja rule x new york
